John Houghtaling, new owner of a landmark Uptown Romanesque Revival mansion at St. Charles Avenue and Valence Street in New Orleans recently announced that two floors of the mansion will be open for public tour for the first time ever, as part of the upcoming NOMA Tour to benefit the New Orleans Museum of Art. The tour begins on April 16, 2011.
